   "High-Precision Online/Offine Laser Thickness Gauge System" measures thickness in static or high-speed roll-to-roll system with micron (μm) accuracy. It combines precise algorithm and high precision, high stability lasers. It has the benefits of non-contact, instant monitoring, continuous measuring and no radiation damage. The measurable materials include non-penetrating materials such as metal, non-metal, wafer, resin, plastic film, paper and fiber. The products have applied to the production lines.
